My Charity Work
Camden Chinese Community Centre
As a Mandarin speaker, I work as a trustee of Camden Chinese Community Centre in London. I advise the charity concerning their fundraising and financial activities.
Petworth Community Association
Outside of my regular day-job, I support a local business association that collaborate with over 180 business owners. The beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic was a huge shock for everyone. I endeavoured to help my fellow business owners through this difficult time. I connected with our members and assisted them with advice regarding employee, business, and furlough support schemes. Working together, I helped them assess where their businesses are financially and created plans to emerge from the pandemic in a stronger position.
